Registration Process:
The alumni must complete and submit the registration form provided here. Once the registration has been done and the information provided has been thoroughly verified, the student will be granted access to the community and associated resources in accordance with their registration details.
It is important to note that each registration request will undergo manual approval by the designated administrator, who will carefully review the alumni credentials from the home institute or coordinator before granting access. Upon successful verification, the student will be notified of their approval and granted immediate access to the resources. Alumni who will volunteer for any position will be given the role of National, Sector, Provincial and city coordinators etc where they can manage and contribute for the community as per their availability and convenience.
First time Login Process:
It’s a Two-step login process. Members will be required to provide their email address and mobile number. Following this, two separate codes will be generated and sent to the member’s email and mobile number. Once both codes are successfully entered, the member will have verified access to the website and its resources after manual verification mentioned above. This dual verification process ensures the security and privacy of our members’ accounts. Later on the alumni can login through these approved devices.
Membership in StemAlumni is free:
StemAlumni offers free membership option for anyone who wishes to join the community. Membership includes access to the discussion forums, as well as the ability to browse and search our member directory. Members can also create and manage their profile pages, where they can share information about their education, work experience, and interests. In addition, members can view the past papers that are posted on the website.
